Almost everything . They have nothing pros . It can be the best place to ruin your carrer. No skill development, no carrer growth,no compensation . The most pathetic part is the manager and TL . They hardly knows anthing but excpected everything to be done on a immediate basis . They have no planning,no management . HR themselves are not aware of their own policies . I wish i could ask someone ex employee before joining this hell so that i could save precious years of my carrer tenure ....Read More

* The Company culture is too good. All of managers and even the top positions in the company are very friendly and very open to your thoughts and suggestions. * Work Life Balance is excellent. * The pay, benefits and the annual hikes are all outstanding.
