Such a fake company with full of fake management.No training material nothing, here your manager will judge from the starting day. Specially my manager doesn't have leadership skill, no team work skill, no .idea how to assighn work and do in a smooth manner. Still just because she is owners daughter that doesn't mean everone will become slave and work under her , without capability and experience she got managerial position. Just good communication is not sufficient to become team leader.
