HR policy and HR department are managed by the Finance team. The finance team runs the HR department, decides your leave your, and all your HR work. The HR team is very bad, always notising you by the CCTV camera, how long you talk on the phone, How Many time you go washroom. its true. and all these details are shared with the Company owner. 100 times you should think before joining. If you are fresher then you will destroy your career, if you are experienced then you will going to destroy your life.
