The company culture is very good in hitech. they celebrate each and every festival with lot of joy. if you are a person who enjoy cafe alot. they have seprate floor for that and you can do lot of activities over there.

There is nothing at all to like in here.

Dislikes

Everything was really disappointing. No promotion, no empathy towards employees where they expected us to show empathy and sympathy for the work; where they asked us to work even 11 hours a day. No respect or words of encouragement for the achievements but once we made a simple error they would humiliate us in front of 30 people. Even a person with a high position behaved like a lowly life and treated some of my fellow colleagues as if they were not even human....Read More
