They may offer you good salary at start..

1. No career growth.. you will be at same position for many many years 2. Being high voltage product, very limited scope of design change possible. So overall learning is slow. 3. Management people (HR, other Indians at high positions) are quite rude. 4. They may give you a Designation on offer letter and then job title will be R&D engineer. 5. No recognition and overall demotivativating atmosphere in the Technology Center. 6. Most of the people in the department are either M.Tech trainees confirmed or local Barodian. 7. Good place for learning simulations if you work with Europeans but your boss should allow.. generally bosses speak to Europeans and dictate do this or that... Botton line ... only come here if you don't have job... otherwise stay wherever you are or go to some other switchgear company....Read More

Very Good company. Getting job in this domain you will get real research and development exposure. Company is technology marvel and no one in competition stand near to it in terms of technology.

Dislikes

Yes boss yes boss type people get promotion because everything in manger hand he can spoil and make your career. I have to face consequence of arguing with my manager even though every time i was correct. I feel like no point in argue with person who do not listen to your opinion.
