• Hire and Fire • HR is so unprofessional that people resign just because of their behaviour • Discrimination is way high, if you are known to HR then only you can survive. • Completely labour class policies. • EL and CL are just for show, you cannot get approval for even half day leave, and you cannot get your EL in FNF. • FNF is provided after 45 days (sometimes), otherwise you will have to forget about it. • Technical Managers are non-technical. They got these designations as they all are personally known to HR. • Even the GM has<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 7 years of experience & the Engineers whom he command (without skills & knowle</mark>dge) have 10-15 years of experience. • If you are right and well experienced for any specific technical work, then the managers will present your idea as their own in front of customers, & if you ask “WHY?” then you will get a reply that “I AM THE MANAGER”....Read More
