Was really satisfied by management programs for career developments. Much team was the best. My manager Mr. Sherif contributed much in my career development. Hilton standards and value were strictly followed and we the team members benefited much. We appreciated the end of the year bonus from the management however it had conditions to take it.

Dislikes

Every bit of things were good except for service charge we used to get because it was a fixed one 150 monthly.

It was the best as I joined the company as a steward but later had training exposure to join front desk as a receptionist.

Well, first and foremost, I would say the hotel's overall reputation drew me in. I've been in hotel industries 2 and half year after completing my Diploma hotel management from Shillong, and I've had a few friends and family members even they also worked in Hotel industries..

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
