It’s a widespread global brand. You will never have to explain which brand you work for. Good technology and applications are used for learning and development of people.

Dislikes

Every time there is leadership change at top level, specifically when people who do not understand the cultural differences and try to define their own standards , this is very confusing to adapt.

Being a facility Manager I was not responsible for revenue generation However, by exploring the ideas and by implementation I saved cost. At the time of Covid where empanelled property consultants give up to get relief for rent and CAM, I personally pursued with property stack holders and achieved more the 2.38 Cr. Relief by two months rent free and reduction in CAM charges . But I didn’t receive any records and awards for that, even during layoffs management put my name in the first list. I like career growth and I had innovative in my job,the lockdown effect to the salary as long as decrease in job productive as the airport is closed because of pandemic.

Dislikes

I don’t like the job security and there’s no training can be take to improve your skills.

Worked in cluster for two hotels crown and holiday resort Dead Sea as groups and events supervisor,dealing with travel agencies,corporate and NGO’s arranging meetings,workshops and coordinating groups.
