Top management (Boos) behaviour is best one,moral booster person for his employee.

Dislikes

Some flatterer are every where who give negative direction to management and create bad atmosphere in company. I do not like this type of atmosphere in this company.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
