After working here I realised that how good are other companies I am ready to work extra with low payment in other companies rather than working on higher salary with this company.

I will run out of words describing this but still will try, 1. Worst work culture, 2. Partiality, 3. Hire and fire policy, 4. No ethics, No manners 5. Weekend work, 6. No management in project they just want to get work done no matter of quality and anything worst thing.
