Likes

New innovative solutions offered by management from Shop floor level employees. Management has provide good basement for new technology implementations. Job security is good. Management developed good policies.

Dislikes

Compensation procedure is not good for below executive level. Allotted increment percentage is very less. Paid leave with drawings payed only basics salary. Earlier paid full amount.

Work Details

Initially struggled a bit, due to shortage of manpower and inadequate facility. After that I got chance to enhance the facility. My team and reporting manager given good support to reach organization goals.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
