Organisation is not employee centric. Management asks to work on Saturday and Sunday too with compensation. Not clearing FNF settlement even everything is clear and completed in exit formalities.HR and account management people not answering to enquiry mail of FNF.

Everything,micro management,monopoly,no good appraisals even daily and weekends stretch.
