Worst company to work in. High politics and doesn't pay the salary after the over time work by the employees too.

Worst work culture. Filled with Fraudsters they just loot their customers and threaten the employees after getting them slogg like animals for hours and then don't pay a single penny. Employees literally have to beg them for their hard earned salary. All the seniors are filled with fake ego and attitude. Worst environment for an employee. If you are willing to work here, one thing I want to say is DON’T!!!! PLEASE DON’T!!!! Even if you have no job and you want it urgently. Wait and search for something worth doing. They’ll just make you beg for the salary every month and treat as if you are their slave. There’s no holiday on basic festivals like Dussehra and Christmas. The fact that they keep bringing diversity in our work. Its a fact that people get bored but if your work profile keeps changing, you are exposed to much more then standard desk jobs.

Dislikes

The fact that the company keeps bringing in new people to try new things and most of the things do not take off as people are not as dedicated as we expect them to be. They should carefully hire people and streamline their hiring process to reduce the money wasted otherwise on such hirings.

I did not like anything here while working.

Dislikes

It is the worst company to work for. No one supports here. Especially the HR. They will ask you to work like anything and will not pay you also. I saw one review on Ambition Box that they do not pay you but still I joined and faced the same issue. Guys plz never join this firm. It's the worst decision of my life.
