HR department don't have any portal to manage employee details properly and to monitor the performance. Poor resource management, resources hired more in HR department than in any other department. Zero job security for lower level workers, they used workers based on project orders. Not only workers even GETs also, hire GETs every year filling up in truck after one year or 14 months they resign due to dissatisfaction.
