This company you can learn end to end accounting if you assigned in core Finance... They will assign 2-3 companies or more sometimes to each team... And they need to take care of entire accounts process like GST return TDS return payroll processing PF PT return etc Good scope to learn multiple accounts software like Tally Saral Winman RPU Greytthr etc.. Work life balance is good.. Coming to Cons Initial joining they will offer only 15 percent hike of present salary some time even less than this...
