No HR role....😌 You have to work upon your division Head Mercy. HR is just to issue offer/appointment letter.

Organization is big and has got a good equity in GP CP.

Dislikes

Its an easy going organization. Not aggressive to match the current competition.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
