Team and reporting manager was very supportive. Business and regulatory wise company was very strong. Company was emphasizing on automated system based work culture.

Dislikes

HR was totally missing with their basic functions. Appraisals had no timelines. Compensation was irrelevant and haywire.

The Organisation management was quick and Swift to take steps to adopt new way of life. We started working in shift wise so the no of people present in the work area will be greatly reduced and ensured sufficient social distance.

Time waste, Experience waste No growth in career Wrong step in career. Waste lower side management. Full of erragadda second handed mall as Managers, they desides our increment and designations.
