I love how the company offered learning opportunities and seemed to care about helping their employees develop and grow professionally. They had weekly lunch meetings where we’d learn a new topic, they offered tuition reimbursement, and all of the senior leadership team was very approachable and supportive.

Dislikes

Nothing in particular I dislike about the job. It's just that I feel like I haven't been rewarded enough for the work I've done for them. Sure, maybe they don't have the budget to pay me more, and that's okay. But I honestly believe that from my experience I should earn more than 50 thousand annually. I have a family, two young kids, and with whatever expenses we have right now, I really need a better salary....Read More
