It's a good company to work. Our promoter is a magnanimous person who likes to empower people and also supports them in various ways. Here if any one does something beyond his/her designated work then they are rewarded handsomely. They like to empower employees by giving them advanced training time to time which will help them in their future endeavours.

Dislikes

Hr here is a bit weak in comparison to other companies. they sometimes take irrational decisions which hamper company's growth. The company also lacks a bit in professionalism as many senior authority are not in sync with the pragmatic aspects of finance world, hence they are not able to gel well with the team on ground. Thus the entire team lacks cohesiveness.

Work Details

My work here sometimes becomes a bit cumbersome due to absence of any proper policy and farmeworks. But pressure is well balanced with help and assistance of your immediate seniors.
