Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It's really fun working with here...everyone is just chilled out..no pressure..the transport facility provided by them is good and various evnents are also organised quartely which will never let you borr..The only one negative thing is that the skills learning is limited but company is ooen to innovation.

There is nothing much about dislike. It's just if you as a employee have done something good for a project it should be appreciated by the team leads.
