The management style here is detrimental to morale. I left seeking a more supportive environment.
The company culture is stagnant and uninspiring, making it hard to stay motivated.
Dislikes
Their promises of salary increases don’t translate to actual career development.
Recognition is rare, and when it does happen, it feels forced and insincere.
They make promises during the hiring process that they never intend to keep.
The pay is not competitive, and they expect you to do everything with no acknowledgment or raise.

I've seen countless colleagues leave because of the toxic culture. It’s not worth it.
My team leader, Priya, consistently undermines our efforts and takes credit for our work. It's demoralizing.
Dislikes
Instead of addressing my concerns, my manager just criticizes me further—very demoralizing.
The work environment is filled with negativity, making it hard to thrive.
The lack of work-life balance here is unbearable; I'm constantly burned out.
I felt like I was just a cog in the machine. Management has no regard for individual contributions.
They’re constantly changing policies without notice, leaving employees in the dark. It’s incredibly frustrating....Read More

Exciting projects with ample opportunities to showcase creativity. Supportive peers and management ensure a fulfilling experience.
Unfair treatment and favoritism run rampant in this place.
Dislikes
My experience with this company was underwhelming; they don’t value employee input or feedback.
Morale is at an all-time low, and no one seems to care.
The workload is unrealistic. You’re expected to meet deadlines without any additional help.
The constant chaos makes it impossible to get anything done efficiently.
Long meetings that lead nowhere are a waste of valuable time.

The company provides inadequate tools for employees to succeed.
Verizon's culture is toxic. I worked hard, but management made me feel inadequate. I'm relieved to be away from this place.
Dislikes
I often feel like I’m working in circles; progress is slow and frustrating.
