No one feels safe to speak up about issues here. It’s a shameful way to run a business. Leadership is out of touch with the reality of the workforce. Decisions are made without considering employee input.

Employees come and go quickly, and it’s clear why. There’s a lack of commitment to retaining talent. I’ve never seen such disarray in a company’s leadership. It’s chaotic. I was constantly on edge, fearing the next outburst from my manager. It’s an incredibly stressful place to work. I had high hopes for this company, but the politics are overwhelming. It's all about appearances, not performance.
