It is target based which means you finish th task for the day and you're done.

Dislikes

The management is extremely poor and there is no communication or understanding between the writing and sales departments. Absolutely zero work-life balance. Fresher writers are going to struggle because there will be no help for you.

Disappointing Interview Experience with D.E. Shaw

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.

It's a SCAM company... Dubious mode of earning.

Fraudulent and Unethical Operations This company, which presents itself as a student assessment provider, operates under dubious practices. Their primary business model involves catching students in the UK and Bangladesh to write assignments for them using AI-generated content. However, beneath this facade, the company is allegedly involved in illegal money-laundering activities between the UK, India, and Dubai. The owner, Mizanur Rahman, is untrustworthy and has a track record of not paying employees on time. He frequently fires employees without notice, creating a toxic and unstable work environment. There is no HR department, and employees are often exploited. New hires are lured in, made to work for two weeks without pay, and then dismissed. Several employees have already filed complaints with cybercrime authorities, and more are planning to take action. The company's operations are deliberately kept hidden and warrant serious investigation. Most of the workforce is treated as freelancers, and their work is used without compensation.
