Staff and management is good but retainership and tenor is not as per the desired level which someone thinks switching job for long term. And veen asked to leave with or without notice period. Any day anytime.

Owners make their staff to work like a slave. Timing is 09:00 AM to 05:30 but teams punch out mostly after 8 or more. Punch in time is fixed but punch out no fixed time. All day meetings and meetings and meetings. There are many more dislikes.

So the thing is I was asked to come to the office even though my boss wasn't there and I was terribly sick regardless of my condition I was told to be there while I was listening to rants about her boss. Total unprofessional work ethics.

Not a kind of place to work for a longer period of time. Very small minded owners. Thankless people to work with.

It’s a company where u should please the bosses. People who have good knowledge to really work, are kicked aside. As they only want employees who can please them. The design team copies Zimmerman, if you are applying here, u can compare.

Based on my experience as i was an interviewee , found it unprofessional.

Unprofessional!! I was there for an interview. Found the interviewer so unprofessional. They kept me waiting for 2 hours. The interviewer uma suri was herself confused. Travelled for 7 hours for this interview. Requested for a telephonic interview but they declined. After the interview said you should have requested for an online interview. I was shocked, are you for real ? Neither they went thru my portfolio which I attached in my email . They simply should have told me beforehand everything regarding my work. The interview itself took 4 hours . Simply the person who is reverting back should be the consultant himself not some random lady who’s not even reverting back to you appropriately. This is the most disappointing workplace i have ever worked. Completely wasted my time here. The so called very cool owners have shown their true colors when the pandemic situation arrived. They were rude to the staff and highly inconsiderate.They have fired the oldest of staff without any notice and any compensation without even thinking once that how will their families survive. There are certain pet employees who are their permanent because all they do is keep flattering the bosses and survive on others skills. There is no value of talent and creativity. The owner only thinks about their profit, just think owner is deducting salary as the profit percentage is less, you have to work with the owner (Typical LALA) who doesn't have a knowledge but pretend to be... Increment is very low, have to work late but didnot get any appreciation, in revert you will heard that what work does she/ he have? Owner will cry in front of employee to deduct salary, and if you retaliate then you have to leave.
