Only they give u WFH without laptop for work, you have to buy it.

Dislikes

After 6 month they fired you because you didn't met there aqurrancy percentage at work, which is 98.99% and i have aqurrancy of 96%. They only give this reason. And they also didn't give you PF. They only give salary and medical card , 2 day weekoff and lots of work.

Likes

HR team is really helpful and polite. Team leaders are also co-operative. It is a day shift. Wifi reimbursement.

Salary - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

They deduct some amount from your salary on every error you make. This is not the way to ensure accuracy. Few team leaders don't give you personal leave even if you're sick. Everytime You have to show them proof of why you are taking leave.
