I joined this company 6 years back as a fresher. I started as intern, learned a lot of things in business intelligence domain. I was given great exposure to talk to client after a year. Since then i have worked with many clients. Good part is that i was also been involved in making open source BI product as well. Thanks to the team for believing in my capabilities.

I wouldn’t ever recommend anyone to join Helical IT solutions. It’s not a good place to work. There’s too much micromanagement and they treat their employees with absolutely no respect. There’s no work life balance either because they treat their employees like objects. They have a bond for freshers and it’s terms and conditions areinsanely stupid and mean. There is an excellent scope for learning and gathering massive experience across multiple tech stacks in a very short span of time. There is a lot of help available from the senior members, provided you ask for it.
