Software pathetic, need to update.Mental torcher for targets. Asking for week off days working. No work life balance because of this. No orientation teaching learning program arranged since day 1. Self learning policy applicable. Difficult to perform on these basis. Unprofessional behaviour of seniors.

Nothing could have been better than this. In terms of Employee welfare, the company is at par. Full salaries have been paid that too on time. We all are working from home. Huge respect for the company in these difficult times. And company has earned it and it deserves the best efforts from us. We feel motivated and take it as moral responsibility to put in our best efforts.

Dislikes

Being the DNA of PSU, people consider themselves a government employee and take everything granted. People dont tend to take accountability.
