There was no job security and career growth, Me and my teammates worked so hard for HITPA but the didn't do for us even 1% they deducted everyone's salary due to no reason.

not even single documents for off roll employees there were 200 like me who were working without single documents they don't provide salary slips, offer letter, experience letter no information about salary deduction

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
