Dislikes

They told me that I can earn incentive, they change some HR policy, that's why some employees leave the job, that's not good for company benefits. I think past policy was better than present policy, that's why company increase turnover as compare of last year turnover. That is my view only not a negative thinking at all, I am happy in this company.
