Working here is an absolute nightmare. The pay here is a joke. They promise raises and reviews, but those are just empty words. You will be lucky if you get anything more than the bare minimum.😒Forget about having a life. They expect you to work all the time, and I mean all the time. Weekends, late nights, it doesn't matter. 😢Theydon't care about your personal time at all. The culture is toxic, plain and simple. 😖Management rules by fear and intimation, and they play favorites like it's a sport. There's zero support of for growth, and the constant negativity is draining. 🤯🥴The seniors and team members are a nightmare to work with. They're rude, unprofessional, and make the work environment even more unbearable. Instead of mentoring and supporting, they belittle and undermine you. 😵‍💫🤒🤕Employee satisfaction is a priority here. Most of the staff are miserable and it's no surprise with how poorly everyone is treated. The place is a mess, both literally and figuratively. There is no sense of organization, adding to the overall chaotic and depressing vibe.🥵🤬🫨 The company policies are outdated and only serve to the benefit the management.
