I have been terminated because of low productivity and sbsence coz i live in other state teritory than my working place. My one month salary is still due and there is no reply of my mails from HR .

Dislikes

Cant talk with HR personally. All the expenses related to company which is being paid by me is not reimbursed even though it has been promised to do so. Even I have asked many times about the procedure there was no clear instructions. No responsibility towards employess mental health issues even if I have communicated about it.

Training is good. Get to learn a lot of basics about stocks and mutual fund.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Their focus is less on stocks and mutual fund and more on insurance. It feels less of a broking firm and more of an insurance company. Targets are almost unachievable. There were times we had to work even after office hours. Customer base is not good, most of them are not interested in investing.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
