Want to sell the insurance without informing the HDFC BANK STAFFS and th customer will be introduced to open a demat account from the same HDFC BANK staff only. Such a headache job. They want to change the cluster every 2 months once. No proper management. Worst middle management ever I have worked with. Customer can expect the worst service from this company. Many of the managers doesn't have common sense or basic knowledge. There is no learning or good hand holding process in the company where many of the seniors doesn't help new employees because of there jealousy behaviour. No setting in office only fild worked.. For TPP. No buddy asking you regarding brokerages and traded client. Which Main responsibility any RM.
