Nothing I had wasted my time working in HDFC sales pvt ltd .

I had resigned last month that is June 2023 .Worst organization to work with no help from the seniors ,always demotivating the employee, insulting them using bad language.. abusive language. Very much partial specially my area manager he was the worst person i ever came..he is a game changer .but still hdfc wants such game changers .the only reason of quitting job is no help from seniors .company will never ask any employee that y r u resigning coz old staff is being pin pointed and are pushed to resign.i was purposely told to take transfer which will take almost 2 hours for me to travel purposely my looser boss had pushed me to do that so they will creat such a situation where you will resign..so overall conclusion is only seniors can rule in HDFC SALES PVT LTD...Read More

I am not talking about the company but the senior management is very very partial and very much political..

Dislikes

Partiality on top of dat Dey will remove you from the organisation but by playing indirect games .m still in the company but they don't respect women . Nor have basic manners to talk with the subordinates.many many more things to say but can't give in writing...
