Teammates are good, training also good, 100% job security, career growth quite good, salary and appraisal is also good, of course there is politics as its a corporate sector, learning also good, work environment is good, work life balance is good...

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
