Working with HDFC Sales is great and very much satisfying. All the training and development programs are very nice skill development programs are also very good. All the leaders and team mates are very supportive and cooperative. Compensation and benefit wise HDFC Sales is punctual. Overall it's a great place to work.

It has been challenging job for me though the support I m getting never feels me burdens. I need to meet customer I need to personally interact with the customer and get to know the need of customer and solve their query regarding Home loans etc.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
