It's feel great working with a brand company like hdfc life. Yes they don't offer high salary as compared to its competitors company but this company has a very transparent growth opportunities.

Now these time so many third party companies in HDFC bank is a tough competition between employees. coustomer use to go with brand now but present situation customer is very confused of trust.

They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff. Make negative perception of employee without any reason and give bad fedback always and no support. Quality is worst at Palava branch dombivli and always give negative feedback and criticism. Had worked for 8 months away from my home location travelling 2/3 hrs per day. Resigned due to bad experience and politics
