Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase insurance penetration through cross-selling opportunities.
  
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including branch managers, sales teams, and customers.
  
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive business growth.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in banca or bancassurance sales.
  
• Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
