I worked for this company around 3 and half years , very good work culture. But when lot of exide employee joined after the amalgamation work culture of this company deteriorate . Specifically in loyalty vertical. Few toxic people from exide joined they ruin company culture & work ethics. Other wise all are good , good work life balance ,good remuneration & incentive

Management don’t consider the inputs of down line all though who has experience and underestimate with negative feedback always instead of motivating by positive words and the behaviour of the management people depends on the perception created by our reporting managers and don’t try to understand the basics needs. And the profile assigned lower than the requirements and favourism is here

They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff.
