probation time is It is very little I was new in insurance so I got this job where I have to do partner and advisor requirements.New people should get some time.

They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff. Lots of work target pressure, any how you have to do business and lots of calling on daily basis, you have to work under your own money management, lots of travelling with no refund policy, no job security, work culture is toxic.
