The people are good.

The entire company is good except for don't join on a contractual or 3rd party payroll. Digital Labs and DPPM are 2 departments you need to avoid at all costs. The AVP of products of Digital Labs is incapable of managing products. He neither takes a stand or responsibility for any project. There is no to 0 support from the seniors during tough times. They put all blame to you.

High attrition rate, Hardly any projects to work on they just create 4-5 page app using basic tech and show off as if they work on cutting edge tech, PM and Management are non-tech so don't even bother to say something wise and technical they won't understand jack, Most of the projects are scrapped after 2-3 months, Promotes false propaganda to hire candidates, Quality of project is worse as there is no SDLC in place everything is just ad-hoc. They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff. Lots of work target pressure, any how you have to do business and lots of calling on daily basis, you have to work under your own money management, lots of travelling with no refund policy, no job security, work culture is toxic.
