I like everything. I learn huge from my BM. My cluster head and VP, AVP also very nice person. If someone do work his or her best then they surely get promotion. Salary also very good. Our trainer also very nice person. Our colleagues also very friendly.

Dislikes

Sometimes they pressured us for new business. But I think it's good for us, because when they pressured us we look ahead n by hook or crook we got new business. For this reason we got all benefits like intensive, promotion everything.

Good work environment and teammate’s are supportive . Management is transparent . Company policies are good , appraisal are fair and they good salary hike and bonus .

I haven’t found anything which can be disliked at HDFC Standard Life Insurance Company Ltd.
