I joined in HDFC bank channel and from my channel partner end it was really a bad experience.they only prefer their old partner Aditya birla didn't gave me any business.as a fresher avoid insurance job in banca channel at any cost.

Salary on time, your senior will help you how to forge customer signature , u will be able to cheat customer with the help of banker, u will be treated as servent of the bank so leave evry good quality at home

No work life balance , No increments , to much approval required, KRA is more than ur salary , u will be able to steal business from bank , UPSELL the life insurance without knowledge of the bank. To much politics ,HR IS WEAK,on command of sales, no learning of any kind,

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
