The environment of HDFC life is very hygienic, here things are done keeping in mind the respect of everyone, especially for girls, there is a lot of hygiene, for now there are some rules, everyone has to follow them It is important to talk to employees while keeping in mind the sense of respect like nonsense talking and not to use any wrong words

Just like every human being has good qualities, he also has some bad qualities, similarly there are some problems, here the pressure level is high, the elder one puts pressure on the younger one, then the younger one puts pressure on the younger one and then the second one at the time of joining It is told that you have to fulfill only good team requirements for 3 months but within 1 month of joining they start putting pressure on the work and until there is a manager, they will not be able to form a proper team. Too much pressure for work, even seniors are uninformed of many things, lack of knowledge.

I worked for this company around 3 and half years , very good work culture. But when lot of exide employee joined after the amalgamation work culture of this company deteriorate . Specifically in loyalty vertical. Few toxic people from exide joined they ruin company culture & work ethics. Other wise all are good , good work life balance ,good remuneration & incentive

They demand you to buy a laptop to do office work. They are too cheap to even give you a SIM Card. Then they demand you to make calls to random clients and attend the calls at late nights from your personal contact number. Clients then mark your number as Sales/Spam on Truecaller. They are too cheap to have Outlook email for the front line personnels. They offer Outlook only to senior staff.
