Everything about hdfc life at my location is so terrible . Like the seniors ,the managers. They never supported me in any way . Like i have to leave my job in only 3 months from joining as they force and humiliate me for transfer because of my poor performance . Just beacuse there is another staff of my department there only on my location . I didnt get any chance to work or proove myself . Less salary, no support from trainer, biggest layers, no leaves, no support from L1 and above, no motivation only needed business, so if u r afresher think twice before joining.

No work life balance. Manager do cancall even at night 8pm. They call for business even at 10pm as well and even on any holiday. They want you to work all the time and keep your family aside.
