I can be able to maintain work life balance. The respect all gives to Female employees are appriciable. Office environment is excellent. Employee Benefits are unbelievable. Corporate leisure program is of the benefit I have never seen in my 16 years of working life. I am really feeling safe and very happy to work with HDFC ERGO. It is a great place to work.

Too Much Internal Politics From Senior Management No Recognition For Hard Work And Target Achievement Saturdays Used To Be Weekly Off But Upper Management Would Stress Working On Saturdays No Proper On Job Training Appraisals And Increment Are Not At Par Industry Standard
