Casuals allowed, no of leaves is higher wrt other insurance companies (30 days, though most managers will not let you take even 10 paid leaves), 8.5 hrs working hours (which is good as per industry standard of 9 hrs, but most people are made to work atleast 11 hours)

Dislikes

The company has good policies, but employees cant enjoy them (I cant comment on all teams, this is specific to the team I am working in). There is no work life balance, people are expected to be available round the clock. Planned leaves are discouraged (out of 30 leaves, if you plan to take 10 days in 3 chunks of 3, 3 and 4 days, that is considered a lot of leaves). There is no flexibility in terms of wfh (yes, even during the pandemic people were forced to attend office), infact you are expected to work on a holiday/leave but wfh is thoroughly discouraged. That combined with an eccentric leader makes working in the organisation a big challenge.
