Companies very nice but management are disgusting lot of pressure not getting week off paid leaves even government holiday not we are getting extending shift 12 hr above working . Not able to manage professional life and personal life together if you working in this company . Even girls also sitting till 9.30 pm HR don't care about this things

There is NO carrier apportunity need to work for the same post for which you got appointed even till 5 years with outstanding performance even having good experiance they prefer new joiness for higher post like TL's or AM's.
