Likes

Work Environment and Management was quite good. Everyone was supportive, It has strong brand name,Many events and social activities are done for employees and i got ample of learning opportunities.

Dislikes

Limited growth opportunity. Salary increment was slow.

Work Details

Was an great experience . I got some difficulties before but i got proper product training as well as portal training . Got to know more and learnt many things about Insurance industry.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
