Nothing special to say..just ordinary sales culture....no respect of one's personal life and personal time. Most of the times I had to work til 11 pm at office...10 pm was very common...One should discuss timing issues during interview and before joining any job here..

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K.
