I'm working in this company from last 4 years, still I'm struggling to get on payroll, in pemdamic employees who are on company payroll get their bonus on time (April) and we still don't know anything about ours. at the end we come to know that company is in loss so third party payroll employees can't get bonus as well as increment this year. which is something I did not expected. Payroll employees got their bonus but at our time it's in loss, that's Sad....Read More

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
